2006 Storm Chase Trip to Tornado Alley USA

This was the year my wife, Cindy, and I finally got to go to the USA with the primary intention of storm chasing. Unfortunately it
was also to be the worse chase season in the last 20 years. Go figure !! . Flying into San Francisco on the 29th April, the 5 week
trip started with a week of sightseeing that took us up through California to Oregon. A quick detour into Washington state to see
Mt St Helens, then inland through OR, WA, ID, MT,WY, SD, MN, IA and finally into Kansas. We visited some wonderful and classic
American scenic sights on the way, including Yellowstone Park and Devils' Tower, Wyoming. Mt Rushmore, The Badlands and Corn
Palace, South Dakota.
